\u00bfC\u00f3mo ser\u00eda tu vida sin tu smartphone constantemente a tu lado? No me malinterpretes. Amo mi tel\u00e9fono tanto como cualquier otra persona. Sin embargo, parece que algunos de nosotros nos desmoronamos sin \u00e9l, casi hasta la desesperaci\u00f3n. Muchos creen que les da poder y que es la clave para desentra\u00f1ar los secretos m\u00e1s profundos y oscuros del cosmos... pero, \u00bfqu\u00e9 pasa con nuestro cuerpo? <\/span><\/p>\n

Mi marido y yo hemos ense\u00f1ado el M\u00e9todo de Planificaci\u00f3n Familiar Natural (PFN) de la Familia de las Am\u00e9ricas durante siete a\u00f1os y nos sorprende cu\u00e1ntas parejas desconocen c\u00f3mo funciona su cuerpo. Innumerables parejas piensan que son f\u00e9rtiles todo el tiempo. Por eso, muchas utilizan alg\u00fan m\u00e9todo anticonceptivo, porque es lo l\u00f3gico. \u00bfO no lo es? <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00bfCon qu\u00e9 frecuencia ovula una mujer?<\/h2>\n

Se quedan boquiabiertos cuando se enteran de que una mujer s\u00f3lo ovula una vez en su ciclo. Y aqu\u00ed viene lo m\u00e1s sorprendente: una vez que la mujer ovula, el \u00f3vulo s\u00f3lo vive unas 16 horas. Perm\u00edtanme repetirlo: 16 HORAS.<\/span>1<\/u><\/span> Es incre\u00edble que cualquiera de nosotros haya nacido. <\/span><\/p>\n

Hemos ayudado y asesorado a cientos de parejas, pero hay una que se me queda grabada. Llam\u00e9mosles Ross y Rachel. Los pobres Ross y Rachel llevaban al menos siete a\u00f1os intentando concebir. No eran conscientes de lo importante y vital que era el moco cervical (que una mujer produce en torno a la ovulaci\u00f3n) para mantener vivo el esperma y poder as\u00ed concebir. A Raquel no le gustaba hacer el amor cuando ten\u00eda moco porque se sent\u00eda \"impura\", as\u00ed que fueron est\u00e9riles durante a\u00f1os hasta que nos reunimos con ellos. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 es este misterioso fluido?<\/h2>\n

Esta bondad mucosa puede resultar tab\u00fa para algunos, pero tiene tres funciones principales: <\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Ayuda a proteger y nutrir el esperma.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Filtra el l\u00edquido seminal para eliminar los espermatozoides anormales.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Proporciona canales a trav\u00e9s de los cuales los espermatozoides restantes pueden nadar hacia arriba y entrar en el \u00fatero.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    En mi opini\u00f3n, los mocos merecen que se les paguen horas extras o, al menos, tiempo libre remunerado. De los 300 MILLONES de espermatozoides que se lanzan al universo uterino, s\u00f3lo unos centenares llegan a las trompas de Falopio y s\u00f3lo uno penetrar\u00e1 y fecundar\u00e1 el \u00f3vulo. <\/span>SOLO UNO<\/u><\/span>.<\/span>1<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00bfQu\u00e9 ocurre despu\u00e9s de la fecundaci\u00f3n?<\/h2>\n

    Una vez que se produce la fecundaci\u00f3n, comienza una nueva vida humana. En ese momento, se determina la composici\u00f3n gen\u00e9tica de la nueva persona. Ya no hay vuelta atr\u00e1s. Si no te gusta tu color de pelo o de ojos, pues mala suerte. \u00c9chale la culpa al momento de la concepci\u00f3n. Despu\u00e9s de la fecundaci\u00f3n, la nueva vida tarda entre 2 y 5 d\u00edas en descender y establecerse en el blando lecho uterino durante los nueve meses siguientes.<\/span>1<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

    He aqu\u00ed un dato curioso para todos los frikis de la ciencia. La replicaci\u00f3n del ADN durante los primeros d\u00edas de vida supera los 208.000 nucle\u00f3tidos por segundo.<\/span>2<\/u><\/span> La nueva vida ha estado muy ajetreada, \u00a1sin tiempo ni siquiera para unas minivacaciones! <\/span><\/p>\n

    Algunos casi preferir\u00edan perder una parte de su cuerpo antes que renunciar a su preciado smartphone. A m\u00ed, en cambio, me gustar\u00eda conservar todas las partes de mi cuerpo y aprender sobre ellas, especialmente sobre mi fertilidad. <\/span><\/p>\n

    <\/a>Conociendo tu cuerpo, desvelas muchos misterios. Numerosas mujeres padecen s\u00edndrome de ovario poliqu\u00edstico, endometriosis y enfermedad inflamatoria p\u00e9lvica (por nombrar s\u00f3lo algunas), pero muchas encuentran alivio cuando recurren a la PFN <\/a>a conocer mejor su cuerpo. Cuando nos educamos sobre los hechos de nuestra fertilidad, cambiamos nuestras vidas y las de las generaciones futuras. Y si a\u00fan as\u00ed tienes que aferrarte al m\u00f3vil, que sepas que hay diferentes aplicaciones para la PFN <\/a>\u00a1tambi\u00e9n!
