Poco despu\u00e9s de Par\u00eds, nos golpe\u00f3 el tiroteo en Planned Parenthood, y luego la matanza de San Bernardino esta semana. Y no podemos ni imaginar lo que sufren a diario las personas que viven en \u00c1frica u Oriente Medio.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 poder tenemos para detener la violencia? \u00bfQu\u00e9 debemos hacer? Escuchamos muchas posturas pol\u00edticas que acaban dividi\u00e9ndonos y creando otro tipo de violencia: la que hay dentro de nosotros y entre nosotros, una profunda frustraci\u00f3n y rabia porque sabemos que muchas de estas ideas son soluciones superficiales y, sin embargo, tenemos que elegir un bando. Nos sentimos impotentes.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, tenemos poder. La paz puede y debe empezar por nosotras y por quienes nos rodean. Natural Womanhood no es un movimiento pol\u00edtico ni religioso. Pero Natural Womanhood y todas las dem\u00e1s campa\u00f1as que celebran, promueven y ense\u00f1an el uso de m\u00e9todos de conocimiento de la fertilidad (FAM) son movimientos por la paz. Unen a personas con puntos de vista muy diferentes sobre los temas candentes de nuestros d\u00edas. Porque nos ayudan personalmente y ayudan a nuestros seres queridos de forma real y radical. He aqu\u00ed c\u00f3mo.<\/p>\n<p>En primer lugar, las FAM fomentan <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/es\/haz-el-amor-y-no-la-guerra\/\">paz interior para las mujeres<\/a> a medida que recuperan el conocimiento y la comprensi\u00f3n de su propio cuerpo. El conocimiento de la fertilidad ense\u00f1a a las mujeres a seguir las fases de su ciclo. Las mujeres pueden utilizarlos para autoconocerse, para obtener ayuda con <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/es\/aprender\/tratamiento-de-trastornos\/\">principales trastornos de salud de la mujer,<\/a> lograr el embarazo o posponerlo. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Br_VUgNvqmo\">\"Ese tipo de conocimiento me ha dado una sensaci\u00f3n de calma y confianza\".<\/a> informa Katy Bicknell, defensora del movimiento FAM y cofundadora de la aplicaci\u00f3n Kindara.<\/p>\n<p>Los m\u00e9todos de conocimiento de la fertilidad son un ant\u00eddoto contra la cosificaci\u00f3n de la mujer, ya que ense\u00f1an la asombrosa profundidad y las funciones del cuerpo humano. Cuando comprendes la belleza del sistema reproductor humano, c\u00f3mo las hormonas desempe\u00f1an un papel en tu vida y <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/es\/aprovecha-al-maximo-tu-ciclo-natural\/\">c\u00f3mo puede gestionar e incluso aprovechar<\/a> estos poderes y efectos en tu beneficio, <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/es\/trazando-su-camino-hacia-el-amor-propio\/\">llegas a apreciarlo y a quererte m\u00e1s<\/a>. Es muy diferente de medicar tu cuerpo con hormonas o dispositivos extra\u00f1os, cambiarlo, correr riesgos y negar algunas de sus funciones primarias. Las mujeres que controlan su ciclo, como <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/es\/siete-cosas-que-me-ensenaron-los-graficos-de-fertilidad\/\">Cassie Moriarty<\/a>\"descubren que su cuerpo es asombroso y sabio\".<\/p>\n<p>Entonces, los FAM facilitan la paz entre los hombres y las mujeres que los utilizan como m\u00e9todo de planificaci\u00f3n familiar. Es m\u00e1s probable que permanezcan juntos, lo que tambi\u00e9n es una forma importante de frenar la violencia como <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fathers.com\/statistics-and-research\/the-consequences-of-fatherlessness\/\">ni\u00f1os que crecen en hogares sin padre<\/a> tienen m\u00e1s riesgo de consumir drogas y alcohol o de sufrir problemas de conducta. El amor, la paz, la confianza, la comunicaci\u00f3n, todos son ingredientes para una buena crianza, independientemente de los ingresos, la raza o la religi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Sylvia, una amiga m\u00eda, asesora a mujeres j\u00f3venes sobre anticoncepci\u00f3n. Me cont\u00f3 su experiencia. \"Les pregunto amablemente por qu\u00e9 est\u00e1n en el centro. Cuando responden: 'Vengo a por mis p\u00edldoras' o 'Vengo a ponerme la inyecci\u00f3n', empiezo r\u00e1pidamente con mi discurso de ascensor. Soy consciente de que solo dispongo de uno o dos minutos, as\u00ed que voy al grano r\u00e1pidamente\".<\/p>\n<p>Describe el riesgo para la salud asociado a los anticonceptivos, lo que capta la atenci\u00f3n de las mujeres. \"Establezco una buena relaci\u00f3n pregunt\u00e1ndoles si les gustan los productos ecol\u00f3gicos y sin gluten, y suelen responder que s\u00ed. La mayor\u00eda de estas j\u00f3venes quieren mantenerse sanas y en forma, as\u00ed que esto les hace dudar de los anticonceptivos\".<\/p>\n<p>Luego aborda una preocupaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s profunda, el hecho de que las mujeres que utilizan anticonceptivos est\u00e1n, en esencia, aisladas: \"En ese momento les digo lo valientes que son al asumir toda la responsabilidad, y les digo que deben sentir lo injusto que es para ellas tener que pasar por todo para ocuparse de toda la protecci\u00f3n del embarazo.<\/p>\n<p>\"Entonces me refiero a la feminidad natural. Se\u00f1alo el folleto y le pido que aprenda a comprometer a su pareja a ser responsable y respetuoso con ella si la quiere de verdad, y que exija a su pareja que ponga de su parte. Le pido que aprenda su ciclo corporal, que sea valiente y proteja su cuerpo\", explica.
