Hazte la manicura. Ponte a ver tu serie favorita. Haz un pedido. Enciende tu vela favorita.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Probablemente se pregunte qu\u00e9 tiene en com\u00fan el \"autocuidado\" con la pr\u00e1ctica de la conciencia de la fertilidad, especialmente cuando ha experimentado algunos de los desaf\u00edos de practicar uno de estos m\u00e9todos. \u00bfQu\u00e9 tiene en com\u00fan adoptar un estilo de vida de \"s\u00f3lo buenas vibraciones\" con llevar un registro diario de los biomarcadores de fertilidad e incluso, a veces, abstenerse de algo que te hace sentir bien (por ejemplo, el sexo)?&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-treating-yourself-vs-caring-for-nbsp-yourself-nbsp\"><span id=\"treating-yourself-vs-caring-for-yourself\">\"Tratarse\" vs. Cuidarse&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tienes problemas para ver c\u00f3mo se relacionan estas cosas, tienes raz\u00f3n en estar confundida. El aut\u00e9ntico autocuidado consiste en cuidar de tu bienestar f\u00edsico, emocional, mental, relacional y espiritual.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-is-authentic-self-care-and-what-does-it-have-to-do-with-fertility-awareness-nbsp\"><span id=\"what-is-authentic-self-care-and-what-does-it-have-to-do-with-fertility-awareness\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el aut\u00e9ntico autocuidado y qu\u00e9 tiene que ver con el conocimiento de la fertilidad?&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A veces, el verdadero autocuidado consiste en incorporar m\u00e1s descanso, ocio y diversi\u00f3n a tu vida. De hecho, son herramientas poderosas que nos ayudan a hacernos cargo de nuestra salud a todos los niveles, incluida la salud reproductiva, la salud emocional, la salud mental, la salud f\u00edsica y la salud espiritual.
