Prueba todo esto del \"conocimiento de la fertilidad\" sin riesgos, sin dejar de lado tu m\u00e9todo actual. S\u00f3lo puedes ganar con el autoconocimiento que adquirir\u00e1s, y no es dif\u00edcil.<\/p>\n<p>No vamos a a\u00f1adir nada a tu ajetreado d\u00eda y vamos a simplificar la observaci\u00f3n. (Todas las \"reglas\" y \"signos\" y jerga y gr\u00e1ficos son en realidad una man\u00eda m\u00eda). Elige uno de los siguientes conjuntos de datos para recopilar.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"easy-data-set-one-sensations\">Easy Data Set Uno: Sensaciones<\/h2>\n<p>Se\u00f1oras: \u00bfhan notado alguna vez una sensaci\u00f3n especialmente resbaladiza al caminar o al limpiarse cuando van al ba\u00f1o? Si responde \"s\u00ed\" a una o a ambas preguntas, probablemente sea f\u00e9rtil. Haci\u00e9ndote estas dos preguntas al final de cada d\u00eda sobre esta mucosidad, est\u00e1s utilizando (de forma inmediata, gratuita y sin ning\u00fan trabajo extra ni grosero) el m\u00e9todo de los Dos D\u00edas, que es\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/15482764\">tan eficaces como los preservativos<\/a>\u00a0en uso ideal y t\u00edpico para evitar el embarazo (no para prevenir las ITS).<\/p>\n<p>Normalmente, el moco cervical aparece entre cinco y siete d\u00edas antes de la ovulaci\u00f3n y aumenta en resbaladizo, el\u00e1stico y h\u00famedo hasta alcanzar un punto \u00e1lgido muy cerca de la ovulaci\u00f3n. Despu\u00e9s de la ovulaci\u00f3n, el moco cervical suele disminuir en cantidad y se vuelve menos parecido a la clara de huevo y m\u00e1s parecido al pegamento (m\u00e1s espeso y opaco).<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"easy-data-set-two-temperature\">Easy Data Set Dos: Temperatura<\/h2>\n<p>\u00bfTienes un term\u00f3metro en casa? Si te tomas la temperatura todas las ma\u00f1anas a la misma hora, antes de levantarte de la cama, podr\u00e1s observar c\u00f3mo ovula tu cuerpo. No hace falta que lo apuntes, pero si lo anotas en un papel cuadriculado, el reloj hormonal de tu cuerpo te llamar\u00e1 la atenci\u00f3n. Antes de la ovulaci\u00f3n, tu temperatura al despertar es m\u00e1s baja de lo que ser\u00e1 despu\u00e9s de la ovulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Lo mejor es un term\u00f3metro corporal basal, ya que tiene una precisi\u00f3n de 0,1 grados; pero si lo \u00fanico que tienes es un term\u00f3metro normal, \u00a1no dejes que eso te detenga! Los term\u00f3metros normales tienen una precisi\u00f3n de 0,2 grados, por lo que es probable que sigas observando tus cambios.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"what-have-you-got-to-lose\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 tienes que perder?<\/h2>\n<p>La autoobservaci\u00f3n s\u00f3lo puede aumentar tu libertad de acci\u00f3n y tu calidad de vida (como la de aquellos colaboradores de QS que han dejado el caf\u00e9, han trabajado en su imagen corporal y llevan un seguimiento de su salud). Se acerca la \u00e9poca de los prop\u00f3sitos de A\u00f1o Nuevo, y \u00e9ste ser\u00eda uno estupendo.
