Prote\u00ednas l\u00e1cteas<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, la prote\u00edna l\u00e1ctea, la case\u00edna A1 en particular, \"tambi\u00e9n puede ser un desencadenante inmunitario y del intestino permeable\", afirma Coglianese. Tambi\u00e9n podr\u00eda aumentar \"IGF-1 (factor de crecimiento similar a la insulina), . . que puede estar asociado con el acn\u00e9 y el crecimiento excesivo de tejido en la endometriosis.\"&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque estos ingredientes no son perjudiciales para todo el mundo (sobre todo si se consumen en cantidades moderadas), parece posible que evitarlos pueda aliviar parte de la inflamaci\u00f3n asociada al SOP y la endometriosis. Al menos merece la pena que hables con tu m\u00e9dico, si padeces alguna de estas afecciones, para ver qu\u00e9 te recomienda. Te adaptas y tus papilas gustativas tambi\u00e9n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El truco de cualquier cambio de estilo de vida es mantenerlo hasta que empiece a ver los resultados. Por supuesto, esto puede resultar dif\u00edcil. Pero cuando empieces a sentirte mejor, te resultar\u00e1 mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil decir \"no\" a ese bollo con crema de queso, porque recordar\u00e1s c\u00f3mo era cuando no te sent\u00edas tan bien. Y tambi\u00e9n puede haber otros beneficios. Un ejemplo: todo mi tratamiento para el s\u00edndrome de ovario poliqu\u00edstico y la endometriosis fue tan bien que mis hormonas se equilibraron y mi ciclo de fertilidad se regul\u00f3 lo suficiente para que mi marido y yo pudi\u00e9ramos concebir a nuestra hija (que nacer\u00e1 en junio). Recordar este hecho ser\u00e1 una gran motivaci\u00f3n para continuar con mi dieta antiinflamatoria y otras recomendaciones de equilibrio hormonal que me haga mi m\u00e9dico en el futuro.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He aqu\u00ed algunos otros consejos para adaptarse a una dieta antiinflamatoria que puedo compartir por experiencia:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si te apetece algo dulce, opta por la fruta. He estado disfrutando de pl\u00e1tanos o manzanas con mantequilla de cacahuete como tentempi\u00e9 sorprendentemente dulce. Si quiero darme un capricho, horneo algo con miel o az\u00facar de coco como edulcorante; siguen siendo az\u00facares, pero est\u00e1n menos procesados que el az\u00facar refinado y tienen un \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico m\u00e1s bajo (algo importante para el s\u00edndrome de ovario poliqu\u00edstico). Su impacto puede variar para diferentes personas, pero personalmente no he encontrado que usarlos con moderaci\u00f3n haya impactado negativamente en los efectos positivos de mi dieta.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acost\u00fambrese a leer las etiquetas nutricionales y a reconocer los distintos nombres del az\u00facar; \u00a1se ha colado en muchas m\u00e1s cosas de las que probablemente imagina!\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajuste su perspectiva a la hora de comer fuera: Si puedes encontrar uno o dos restaurantes que te gusten con una dieta antiinflamatoria, \u00a1genial! Pero si est\u00e1s en un restaurante donde tu cena acaba siendo aburrida, disfruta de la experiencia de estar en un restaurante con tu familia o amigos en lugar de centrarte excesivamente en lo que hay en tu plato.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a1Aprende a disfrutar cocinando! A m\u00ed nunca me ha gustado cocinar, pero encontrar recetas que se adapten a mi dieta y sepan bien puede ser divertido y muy gratificante. Tienes mucha m\u00e1s libertad para comer alimentos deliciosos y saludables cuando cocinas tus propios platos que cuando pides comida para llevar.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La dieta antiinflamatoria probablemente no es para todo el mundo, as\u00ed que si llevas un tiempo con ella y no ves ning\u00fan resultado, habla con tu m\u00e9dico al respecto. Si est\u00e1 de acuerdo en que es una buena idea, d\u00e9jala y prueba otra cosa.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Las enfermedades hormonales como el s\u00edndrome de ovario poliqu\u00edstico y la endometriosis son complicadas y los m\u00e9dicos a\u00fan desconocen muchas cosas sobre ellas. En consecuencia, lo mismo ocurre con su tratamiento. Pero sabemos, en general, que la dieta tiene un enorme impacto en nuestra salud, y nuestra salud reproductiva y el equilibrio hormonal no son diferentes.
